Tako Pinch Block

The Treemers Tako is a wooden pinch block for targeted pinch training – one of the grip types that transfers most to rock and to bouldering on wide holds, and yet one of the most neglected.

Simple and effective, it comes in three widths (4, 6 and 8 cm) so you can match the difficulty to your level and progress gradually.
