The Treemers Bonsai Climbing Hold is a portable beech wood fingerboard for training finger strength in climbing anywhere.

It fits easily in a pocket and any backpack. It incorporates edges from 8 to 25 mm and a 42 mm ergonomic grip exterior, with a reversible design and multiple working angles to adjust the difficulty in each session.

It is compatible with force gauges, which allows for quantifying training and tracking progress with real data.
