Shipping and return conditions for orders (general)
At the time of placing the order, the customer indicates the place and address of receipt of the goods as well as the transport agency chosen. Shipments to the entire peninsula and Canary Islands: By accepting the general conditions, the customer agrees to pay any customs or other costs that may arise.
0. Delivery time
The delivery time for orders is 3/5 working days within the peninsular territory; outside this area the delivery time will be longer and an approximate delivery time will be indicated at the time of ordering. If an item is not in stock, it cannot be included in the order. If by mistake an order is accepted for an item that is not available, the customer will be notified immediately and, if still interested, will be informed of the estimated date of manufacture.
1. Shipping costs and receipt of orders
Shipping costs are free from 130€ of order in peninsula and Balearic Islands. In case of not exceeding this amount of 130 € or be sent outside the peninsula or Balearic Islands, are reported and accepted at the time of ordering and are borne by the customer.

The goods travel at the risk of the buyer, who is responsible for any possible claims and delays that may occur during transport for any reason. TREEMERS will process on behalf of the client the pertinent claims and subsequent compensation to the contracted transport agency. The usual insurance for the transport of goods compensates an amount per kilo transported and does not usually reach the total value of the goods. The customer can contract an extension of the insurance to cover the full value of the goods by contacting TREEMERS by the means indicated above.
2. Shipments to Foreign Countries, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Orders to foreign countries and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to customs clearance at the buyer’s expense.
2.1. DUA
The DUA is a document used for the fulfillment of customs formalities, inherent to export, import or transit. It serves as the basis for the subsequent declaration of income and constitutes a support of information on the merchandise, its origin, value, taxes and other data. The DUA fee is applied on each shipment (not on each product).
2.2. Trámites aduaneros
The customer is responsible for both the import DUA and the taxes charged in the country or place of destination, including IGIC for the Canary Islands and IPSI for Ceuta or Melilla. The transport companies contact the customer to inform him of both the amount of the SAD and the local tax before delivery.
2.3. Gastos en los envíos a Canarias
Shipments to the Canary Islands are subject to payment of import duties and taxes and / or local customs. Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC).
The rate applied to our products is 3% for clothing and footwear.
These percentages are applied to the value of each product.
2.4. Gastos en los envíos a Ceuta
Shipments to Ceuta are subject to payment of import and/or local customs duties and taxes.
The Tax on Production, Services and Imports (IPSI) is 3%.

Shipments to Melilla are subject to payment of import and/or local customs duties and taxes. Tax on Production, Services and Imports (IPSI): 5%.

3. Transportation Agencies
Unless expressly indicated by the buyer, shipments will be made by TIPSA within the national territory and GLS outside it. If there may be difficulties of destination or time for collection, please let us know so that we can send them to the transport agency.
4. Right to return the goods and withdrawal period
You have the right to request the return of your purchase within a maximum period of 30 days without justification.
The deadline for return shall expire 30 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the goods.

The goods must be received in perfect condition, without any sign of use, with their original labels still attached to the products and in their original bag and packaging. Without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the 30-day period.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In the event that you wish to exchange an item, color or model, we will not accept automatic return shipments, i.e. returning the item pending an immediate exchange. In Treemers we need to review the returned item and verify that it is in the same condition as when it was sent to you and check that we have the item for which you wish to make the exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping to the address indicated, while Treemers is responsible for the subsequent shipment to the place where the customer indicates. Only one exchange (including several items) can be made per order.

PURCHASE PROCESS AND PAYMENT METHODS
The articles are displayed on this website by means of at least one image, a name, the characteristics and variants of color and size. The selection will be collected in a list in the shopping cart. This list must be paid before finalizing the purchase process. To be able to carry out this purchase process, the user must register as a professional. The data to introduce will be incorporated to our database in order to be able to verify the veracity of the user. Professional users who have filled in the corresponding form, will have a private area on the web where they will be able to consult a history of their purchases. The user name and password provided by the user to TREEMERS are identifying and enabling elements to access TREEMERS products and are personal and non-transferable. AVAILABILITY, METHOD AND TIME OF SHIPMENT
TREEMERS sends orders to its customers through the transport companies TIPSA and GLS. The delivery date at the address agreed with the user depends on the availability of the product and the shipping area. Data that will be indicated to him when formalizing the purchase. All products offered on this website are usually in stock or we can ship them relatively quickly. In case of unavailability of any reference, it will be communicated in a timely manner. TREEMERS reserves the right to send split orders, in the case of fortuitous lack of any product.
RETURN POLICY
TREEMERS would be responsible for the shipping costs in case of receiving a defective order or an error in the order configuration.
Return due to defects in transportation or shipping error
If at the time of delivery is appreciated in a visible and clear way, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage in transport or is appreciated, in the same way, an error in the goods received, the Customer must indicate this on the waybill along with the signature of the carrier, and communicate it to TREEMERS, where we will indicate how to proceed within 24 hours of receipt of the order, to be able to urge the return of the product or items affected and thus the replacement by a new one or the refund of the price paid for it. Defects in transport that are only noticeable after unpacking the product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the order in the manner indicated above, indicating the order number, the damage caused to the product and urging the return of the affected product and thus the replacement with a new one or refund of the price paid for it. TREEMERS will examine it and will inform you if you are entitled to a replacement. The return of those items that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product will not proceed. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming the return or replacement of the non-conforming item.
