The Treemers Tako is a wooden block for specific pinch grip training, one of the grip patterns with the most transference to rock and bouldering with wide holds, and yet one of the most neglected.
With a simple and effective design, it is available in three thicknesses (4, 6, and 8 cm) to adapt the difficulty to each climber's level and work on progression gradually.
It is lightweight, versatile, and easy to integrate into any strength routine: it supports work in suspension, with resistance bands, or isometric. Suitable for all levels.
