It is made of solid beech wood, which is robust, durable, and gentle on the skin, with symmetrical edge distribution (8/10/15/20/25/30 mm), a 45 mm two-finger pocket, a 30 mm mono-finger pocket, and slopers at three angles (20°/ 30°/ 40°).

Its rounded edges minimize finger trauma, even for beginners or during high-load periods, and it includes an eye bolt for counterweight, with an optimized design for adding training bands.
